Why Paying it Forward Reaps Many Rewards on Social Media

Why Paying it Forward Reaps Many Rewards on Social Media

Does not it feel wonderful and causes you to smile when you’re acknowledged for an accomplishment? When someone is really kind to you without any intention of reciprocation? I recently discovered how wonderful that feeling is.

When eVision Media won an Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence award at the end of November, my Facebook feed was inundated with hundreds of likes, congratulations and well wishes. It truly was overwhelming to be the receiver of such incredible heart-felt wishes!

Being on the receiving end of such attention is not only flattering but also have me deeply touched that so many people thought kindly of my team and I. So much so that it has me ponder my own actions, or inactions as the case may be, on social media. Why Paying it Forward Reaps Many Rewards on Social Media

How many times did I scroll past someone sharing their good news … too busy to pause long enough to congratulate them?

How many times did I just hit the “like” button and move on after someone posted a huge victory of their own?

Too many times.

So many that I have a decision on Social Media too. Now I make a conscious effort to pause a little message of kindness on my social media channels. Whether it’s a quick “Congratulations!” Or a response to a question I’ve received over the years. Will you join me?

Here’s 6 Ways You Can Pay It Forward on Social Media

1. When you see someone sharing good news, do not just hit the “Like” button, go that extra mile and leave a comment about how happy you are for them. It’s ok that you do not know this person personally, it’s social media where your connection is all that’s needed to pay a little kindness forward.

This simple gesture can make a big difference in the other person’s life. You have no idea what you are going through and your message of kindness could make their day. Why Paying it Forward Reaps Many Rewards on Social Media

2. When someone retweets or shares your content to their followers, send them a message of thanks.

Your acknowledgment will go a long way in their eyes, and they will remember how kind you are to them and will encourage them to continue their acts of sharing kindness. 3. Retweet and share great content of others and be sure to give them credit for posting such great stuff.

This kind of acknowledgment could be all that’s needed to give them the confidence they need to keep creating good stuff.

4. Participate in contests that you really wish to be a part of. A lot of thought and planning goes into setting up a contest so show your appreciation for the opportunity to win something and submit your entry.

Imagine if you are holding a contest and how much excitement you will feel when you see so many people participating. Share that gift of excitement to others.

5. Tell someone you appreciate them. It does not have to have any strings attached … just let them know how much you admire them and appreciate being connected with them on Social Media and why.

Would not it be great to receive such an unprovoked message? You can make someone else feel great too – how cool is that!

6. When you see someone is struggling or has asked a question you can answer, help.

Sharing your expertise with others is a wonderful way to pay it forward and help someone else out at the same time.

By making a conscious effort in performing these acts of kindness on social media, you will not only help make the world a better place (after all, does not the world need more kindness in it?) But you will also see a positive shift both personally and professionally in your own life.

There are plenty of other ways you can pay it and share kindness with others on social media. Help me grow this list by posting in the comments section below your own ideas. And do not forget to implement them!

How To Know When It’s Time To Change Your Ban

Tire kick is not a beautiful sight. If you’re lucky, you’ll just spew the rubber everywhere and fight safely to the curb.

If you are not lucky, you can end up in a bad situation. It’s probably best to know how to handle your car in case of a tire explosion.

But we at Tire Busters to help you avoid this situation by telling you when to change your tires. Because nothing is everlasting. Especially your tires, sad.

What is Tire?
Although tires do not last forever, they are usually made to last long enough.

Depending on how long you have the tires and how many miles you wear, you should tire at least a few years before having to replace them.

But what makes the tires so sturdy? Is not that just rubber and metal? How does your car tire really keep your car floating comfortably over the road?

Your tires are made of several layers.

The inner layer

The first layer on the inside is “Inner Layer.” Before the contemporary tires come, we all use innertubes to inflate our tires. This is the actual rubber tube that is placed around the wheel and then inflated.

Currently, innertubes are used for bicycles or up and down from snowy slopes.

But the inner layer of your tire is there to seal the incoming air.

Karkas Ply

This is your tire bone. They give your tire the power it needs to hold the hard bumps on the road without splitting.

Beads

Your tire beads are there to make a tight seal on your steering wheel. They are stiff and tightly clamped your wheels.

Sidewall

The side wall is your tire shock system. They keep the tires from losing shape.

Crown Plies

Crown plies are the foundation for your footprint. They keep the treads serrated so they can grip the highway as you grind the gears.

Footprint

This is the part of the tire that really keeps you on the road. If this is worn out, you slide it around and spin your wheels.

What Indications Should I Replace My Ban?
You may not always get rid of your tire damage or know when to change your tires. But some of the damage can be very obvious and there are some metrics that can be used when assessing your tires.

Damage

As we pointed out in the section above, your side wall is important in keeping your tires rigid. If there is damage to your side wall, you may need to change your tires.

If you see a bubble on the sidewall of your tire, do not drive your vehicle. Change with backup and take it to your tire specialist. (Ban Busters is a good bet.)

Bubble on your tire means there is serious internal damage to the tire. Its integrity has been compromised. We can not stress enough how important you are not to drive a tire with this kind of damage.

If you see a cut on your side wall, see if it’s deep. If so, bring it in to see. This may not be a problem, but it’s safer than sorry when to tire. Tires can be a matter of life and death by car.

The puncture wound on the tire sometimes penetrates all the way. The biggest offender is usually a screw. If you notice something stuck to your tire, leave it there and go up to your nearest tire mechanic.

If you still have to travel long distances, switch to backup.

If it’s structural damage, sometimes the puncture on the side can cause structural damage, you have to change your tires. But if not, the puncture can be a direct tire repair.

Performance

Another indication you may need to change is performance degradation.

One performance problem could be air loss. If you find yourself spending tires once a week or more, you may have something wrong with your tires.

You should always check the tire routine of your car. But if you and you find them low on regular, then you should bring them in for review by a tire specialist.

Do you feel a slight vibration in the wheel while driving? Do your tires hum more than usual on the highway?

Your wheels may be out of balance, or maybe something more serious happens. Get a competent mechanic to check your wheels and tires.

Tread Wear

If your tires wear too thin, you can risk the explosion. Step on your tires there to protect you and keep you on the road. It is important to monitor your tire footprint and your tires rotate every 5,000 miles to stay healthy.

But what are the treads that are too faded on the tires?

Tires can be worn uneven if not rotated properly. You can use your tires on one side if mounted on the front end of the rear-wheel drive vehicle.

To overcome this, a few mek

More often, we see unscrupulous players who are only concerned with plugging their pockets. The business owner is then left with a debilitating debt, and the inability to pay for it.

That is why the loan office still remains a popular choice. But, if you go to this route, you still need to make sure that you sign the rates and terms that suit you.

Read on for 5 SBA loan questions You should ask your loan officer before signing up.

Before thinking about the form of SBA 770, you want to know how much it costs to be incurred.

Fortunately, of all lenders, banks and other local financial institutions tend to offer the lowest rates. The average APR of local banks is 3%.

Also, if you work with a broker from a community bank, they may also be handling fees as well. A worthy broker will only charge between 1% and 2% of the loan amount for their services.

However, that’s not always the case, so you want to cover your base early on.

2. Do you offer short-term or long-term loans?
Now, you may have identified what your loan objectives are. With this information, you must determine whether long-term or short-term loans match your best interests.

3. How long will it take for this process to finish?

Fortunately, most creditors have a fairly fast processing time and can tell you sooner than later. Some can even make decisions within 24 hours.

4. When I am expected to make a payment?
Coordinating the payment schedule is an important task with your lender. Both parties should be on the same page to avoid confusion or bad feelings on the road.

Traditionally, lenders receive their payments in monthly intervals. Now, many allow you to make payments every week or every other week.

Some even allow you to make smaller daily payments.

If your lender requires a daily or weekly payment, make sure you have the money fixed in

5. Is my industry important?
Some institutions will only lend or refuse to lend to businesses in certain industries. Whether it’s too debatable or risky, certain businesses often can not receive support.

How to Build a Quality Culture in Your Radiology Practice

On Building Cultural Quality in Your Radiology Practice

Beyond metrics, radiological practice requires a quality culture that fosters the safety and care of clients. Here’s what you need to know to achieve it.
Building a successful radiology team can be a challenge in itself, right?

You focus on helping your patients become healthier. You also focus on keeping your team safe.

But you can not do it all by yourself.

You need to build a culture that encourages your team to perform as per their potential. It does not have to be difficult. The tips in this post will help you build a better team and save more lives.

Protect Staff
In most cases, radiological practice focuses heavily on patient protection. This is understandable right? After all, our patient entrusts us to their health. Our job is to keep them safe

But what about the staff?

While ensuring the safety of your patients, you also need to ensure the safety of your radiologist and doctor. Your staff must be sure that you are doing everything possible to protect them.

This means you should be aware of the exact collimation, positioning, and angle radiology equipment. It is important to make sure you reduce the amount of exposure your staff has. You also need to make sure your staff has the right protective equipment.

Warning signs are also important. It is helpful to remind staff about what they should do to be safe.

This is the key to a safe working radiology work environment. Along with providing reminders and protective equipment to your staff, the Radiology practice management services you need to ensure they are educated as possible. Protective equipment and warning signs will not be of much use if they do not know how to actively assure their safety.

Sometimes, radiology workers already know what equipment they need and procedures to follow. But for whatever reason, they choose not to follow the right protocol. Radiology practice management services can also be helpful. You need a system to implement the safety measures you have implemented.

Encourage Collaboration
Establishing and growing an effective radiology team requires collaboration. You must work as a team to make sure you do the best job possible. As a team, you need to be better and better at protecting your patients.

There are many ways to do this.

Implement a survey your staff can resolve to provide feedback on their performance. You have to do this every year. The best insight into your team’s functionality is the team itself. Because of those who do the work, they know what works well and what does not.

Another useful idea is to implement programs that encourage staff to report inappropriate readings. You can even include awards for those with the most exams. You should also apply a minimum level of peer review participation.

Hold a peer peer review conference with your staff. Use this to allow your staff the opportunity to learn more of the learning opportunities they find.

It may be difficult to get team members to report the team’s mistakes. That’s why you want to create a safe environment where team members can share an opportunity area for your organization.
